WNS joins the AAN and other state neurosocieties in signing a letter that endorses H.R. 8505. The legislation would fix the payment reductions in the physician fee schedule (PFS) by providing a one-time, one-year COVID-19 relief payment adjustment for all services. This bill is being led by Reps. Michael Burgess, MD (R-TX) and Bobby Rush (D-IL). The letter also highlights how this approach is more fair than the Bera-Bucshon legislation H.R. 8702, which the AAN has opposed.
