The WNS held their Annual Conference at the Kalahari Resort, October 13-14, 2023. The conference included topics on the future of Neurology including Automation, New Technologies, Neuromuscular Ultrasound, Digital Gait Evaluation and surgical, advanced treatments for movement disorders and more.  Dr. Hugo Botha from Mayo Clinic Rochester joined us as the Keynote speaker and spoke about Emerging Digital and AI Tools to Enhance Neurologic Care. The Annual Business Meeting celebrated WNS' accomplishments for the year and honored Noah Trapp as the Bennett Hiner Research Award winner.  Membership thanked Dr. Dominic Fee for his services as President and welcomed Dr. Timothy Young as the new WNS President along with the other new board members.  The conference ended with some friendly competition between the residents with the Forster Awards. Congratulations to Meghan Konda, MD, Resident at the Medical College of Wisconsin, who won Best Presentation for her presentation on 'Determining the Role of TNFa in Sickle Cell Disease Pain!
