New! Virtual Exhibit Hall - Vendor Opportunity

We value your partnership and support during this time. In an effort to help your organization reach Wisconsin Neurologists and other conference attendees during these trying times, we have created a marketing package that includes participation in a Virtual Exhibit Hall and other benefits designed to enhance your exposure.

The cost for For-Profit Organization Exhibitor is $1,000, Non-Profit Organization Exhibitor is $500.  

The marketing package includes:

• Participation in the Virtual Exhibit Hall (VEH):
• • Exhibitors will be listed on the VEH landing page, hosted on the WNS Website
  • Each Exhibitor will have a dedicated "booth" in the exhibit hall to showcase information about your company's product and services. Booth could include:
  • • Company Logo (high-res JPG file)
    • Full Company Description (word doc/max 500 characters)
    • Product Description, if any (word doc/max 500 characters)
    • Up to three flyers/brochures to display at your booth (PDF format)
    • Up to three (3) Image or Video Files (images should be sized to 1920x1080 pixels)
  • Visibility not only to WNS members but to everyone who visits the WNS website.
  • The VEH will be prominently featured on our home page and will remain "open" 24/7 through the end of the calendar year.

• Featured social media posts highlighting your organization in the VEH
• Complimentary display ad on the homepage of the website (jpeg file, 166x180)
• Complimentary display ad featured in three issues of the monthly member e-news. (jpeg file, 166x180)
